His Journey
Every company has a person who refuses to accept "good enough." At GulzarSoft, that person is Ch Wasi Ullah.
Wasi did not start at the top. He started the same way most great engineers do, by sitting down and solving one problem at a time. Over the last 10+ years, he has worked on more than 3,000 projects, helping businesses collect data, clean it up, and turn it into something they can actually use: reports, dashboards, and automated systems that save time every single day.
He studied Computer Science at the University of Gujrat, graduating in 2016 with a focus on web development. From there, he worked as a Software Engineer at Arbisoft, one of Pakistan's well-known software companies, before joining GulzarSoft in 2019. What began as hands-on engineering work slowly grew into something bigger: leading teams, shaping strategy, and eventually stepping into the role of CEO.
That journey matters. It means the person running GulzarSoft today is not someone who only manages from a distance. He has built the pipelines, fixed the bugs, and sat with clients to understand exactly what "success" looks like for their business. That experience shapes how GulzarSoft works with every client, every single day.
Career Path
2016
Graduated from the University of Gujrat with a focus on web development. That foundation in software engineering set the path for everything that followed: writing clean code, solving real problems, and building systems that businesses could rely on.
2016-2019
Joined Arbisoft, one of Pakistan's well-known software companies, as a Software Engineer. Worked hands-on across real client projects, building features, fixing bugs, and learning how professional delivery works at scale before stepping into leadership.
2019
What began as hands-on engineering slowly grew into something bigger: leading teams, shaping strategy, and owning delivery. He sat with clients to understand what success looked like for their business, not just what the ticket said.
Today
Leads GulzarSoft with a business-first approach and deep technical roots. The same standard he built project by project (clear communication, reliable delivery, and solutions that keep working long after launch) now guides a team of 60+ serving clients worldwide.
