The Challenge
Make online grocery shopping fast and dependable — with customer app and admin panel staying in sync in real time.
Online grocery shopping only works if it's fast and dependable — customers browsing dozens of product categories need to find what they want quickly, and they need to trust that their cart, payment, and order status are accurate at every step. A slow search, a shaky checkout, or an order status that doesn't update in real time is enough to send a grocery customer elsewhere. On the business side, running a grocery store online means managing constantly changing inventory, processing orders as they come in, and keeping an eye on sales — all without the customer-facing app and the backend falling out of sync. The client needed both sides of the platform, customer app and admin panel, built to work off the same realtime data, so a change on one end shows up instantly on the other.
Our Approach
We built the Grocery Shopping Store on Flutter for the app and Firebase for the backend, giving the client a single connected system for customers and admins alike.

Outcomes
